Summer is upon us, and I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling a little bit giddy!  We live in an area that has looooong winters, so when balmy weather finally arrives, I just can’t get enough of it.  One thing I’m sure of–when it’s beautiful outside, the last thing I want to do is hang out in a hot kitchen dreaming up supper ideas!

10 Simple Summer Supper Ideas

Since summertime is all about keeping things easy and casual, our suppers this time of year have to be quick to prepare, (reasonably) healthy, family-friendly, and preferably portable–so we can carry them out to the patio.

If you feel the same way, you’re going to love these 10 summer supper recipes, all of which are fast and flavorful–the perfect antidote to hot summer evenings!  (Simply click on the recipe titles or photos to take you to each recipe.)
